If you want to return or exchange any of your items, this is possible within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we are not able to process any returns or exchanges anymore. For all return and exchange requests, please email email@example.com with your order number to get more instructions.
Everything must be returned in the same original unused condition. We do not accept any returns or exchanges if an item has been used or damaged. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Once your return has arrived and cleared inspection we will refund you by the same method that you used when you placed the order. Allow 3-7 days for the refund to be complete. We strongly recommend you to use a registered and traceable service. DAD of Sweden is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. Upgraded express shipping on orders is non-refundable.

Returns made inside Europe do not require any additional information to be provided on any postal forms, or customs forms. Email us to get more instructions.
USA AND COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EUROPE
For all returns made from outside Europe, you need to make sure to mark the package with 'RETURNED GOODS'. DAD of Sweden is NOT responsible for any return customs charges. All added charges due to returns made from outside Europe will be deducted from your refund and no exceptions will be made.
