Returns: Inside the EU

If you want to return any of your items, this is possible within 14 days after you have received your order. After 14 days we are not able to process any returns anymore.

1. Log in to your account and request a return.
2. Instructions will be sent once you have requested a return.
3. Refunds are processed once we have received your return.
4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges on orders. If you wish to exchange the size of an item, simply return your original order and place a new order online with the new size.

Paid shipping on orders is non-refundable.

Cancellations: Inside the EU

You are able to cancel your order if your order has not yet been shipped/fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped/fulfilled it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

1. Log in to your account and cancel your order.
2. Cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you.
3. Once your order is cancelled a refund will be made.

Returns: Outside the EU

We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders made from outside the EU. All sales are final.

Important Information

Everything must be returned in the same original unused condition. We do not accept any returns if an item has been used or damaged. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery.

Once your return has arrived and cleared inspection we will refund you by the same method that you used when you placed the order. Depending on your payment method and bank, refunds can take 5-10 business days. Paid shipping on orders is non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees you will not be eligible for a refund and no exceptions will be made.
